You can check the disk space usage and the assigned quota for a cPanel account as a whole by logging into cPanel and looking under the "general account information" section.

 An icon called, 'DIsk Usage Viewer' should be visible. After clicking, be sure to press the 'Show Parent Folders' to see an entire overview of your all your files/disk quotas.
